On May 15, the Vocational Qualification Center of the Ministry of Transport of China and JSTI Group held a signing ceremony in Nanjing for extending the qualification of JSTI for the “Contact Site for Professional Development of Highway and Water Transport Testing and Inspection Technicians.” It was the second time that both parties signed a letter of intent for cooperation after April 2016. Deputy Director Liu Xin of the Vocational Qualification Center of the Ministry of Transport and Chief Engineer and Zhang Yufeng of the JSTI Testing & Research Institute signed a letter of intent for cooperation on behalf of both parties.
